* All information and documents that you share shall remain strictly confidential; however, to provide the best possible advice your information may be shared with another RCIC or lawyer, who are bound by confidentiality, to provide the best possible advice and council.
* The Client cannot record the in person/phone/video conference consultation without prior approval from the RCIC.
* The Client is free to take written notes during the consultation. No meeting notes will be shared by the RCIC after the consultation; however, the RCIC, at their discretion, may share next steps and action items from the consultation.
* The Client will provide information and details correct to best of their knowledge during the consultation. The RCIC will not be held liable for any wrong or missing information by the Client which may impact the consultation information, advice or outcomes.
* Where relevant, the advice provided by the RCIC to the Client is based on Canadian immigration law and policy current as of the date of the consultation. Canadian immigration law, policy and legislation can change at any time; therefore, the RCIC is not responsible or accountable for the outcome of any subsequent immigration application made by the Client.
